Tulip Interfaces announced it secured $120 million in Series D funding, at a $1.3+ billion valuation led by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
With fresh funds, Tulip plans to accelerate the development and global deployment of its AI-native, no-code platform, specifically to help manufacturers address critical industry challenges like labor shortage and the rapid digital transformation (DX).
Tulip is a technology company that provides a cloud-based frontline operations platform designed to digitize and optimize manufacturing processes. The company offers a drag-and-drop editor that allows engineers and shop floor managers to create custom apps for digital work instructions, quality control, and production tracking.
Headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices in Munich, Budapest, Singapore, Tel Aviv, and now Tokyo, Tulip currently helps over 60,000 frontline workers across 1,000 customer countries globally, including major brands like Mitsubishi Electric and customers such as AstraZeneca and Stanley Black & Decker.
Natan Linder, CEO of Tulip Interfaces, Inc., said, “We believe that people are the most valuable asset in any operation. Our partnership with Mitsubishi Electric solidifies a shared commitment to a human-first digital transformation.”
“We are building modern, composable architectures not to automate people away, but to give them superpowers through practical use of AI. We recognize that technology must work for the operators and the engineers, not the other way around. Together, we will champion the frontline workforce, fostering a spirit of innovation and trust across operations worldwide,” added Natan Linder.
